These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kynsi NHI, including this website, the web chat, and the desktop application (together, the "Service"), operated by the Kynsi NHI team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You can create an account with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.

2. Your API Keys

The web chat lets you connect your own API key from a third-party AI provider (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI). Your key is stored locally in your browser and is sent directly to the provider you choose -we do not store or transmit your key to our servers. Use of that provider's API is governed by that provider's own terms, and any usage costs are between you and the provider.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) unlock additional Kynsi-hosted features. Using your own API key or local models is free and does not require a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal content, to harm minors, to attempt to break or abuse the Service's security, or to violate any applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Kynsi NHI is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate or unexpected output; do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions without independent verification.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
