Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Kynsi NHI ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, the web chat, and the desktop application (together, the "Service"), and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture through Supabase Authentication. If you register by email, we receive your email address. Passwords are handled securely by Supabase Authentication and are not visible to us. We store your account identifier together with your subscription plan and saved preferences in our database.
2. API Keys and Chat Content
If you use the web chat with your own API key (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.), that key is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers -it is sent directly from your browser to the provider you chose. Your chat messages are sent to that provider under its own privacy policy. For signed-in web users, conversation history, memories, and avatar preferences can be stored in Supabase so they remain available across sessions. Desktop-only local memories remain on the user's computer unless a synchronization feature is explicitly enabled.
3. Payment Information
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details -Stripe handles payment data directly under its own privacy and security practices.
4. How We Use Information
We use your account information to authenticate you, associate your subscription plan, and provide customer support if you contact us.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (Supabase for authentication/database, Stripe for payments, and the AI provider you personally connect for chat).
6. Your Choices
You can sign out at any time, clear your locally stored API key from your browser, or contact us to request deletion of your account data.
